Loren & Finn’s lush outdoor wedding ceremony began as a limousine pulled up to Gold Coast venue Ardeena events carrying our beautiful bride-to-be. Set amongst the rolling green hills, their big day was shared with all their closest friends and family – including their team of dance-floor legends!

Loren looked divine in her Mckinley gown from US designer, Enzoani as she strode toward her soon-to-be husband Finn. Her bridesmaids, wore mirrored fitted silhouettes – cowl neck sheath gowns in a soft and muted gold. While Finn wore and ivory suit jacket and pale blue shirt.

Loren’s gown featured a form fitting crepe skirt with a fully beaded illusion lace bodice and delicate diamanté straps. One of the amazing details of this beautiful wedding wedding dress is its dramatic lace trimmed train placed over subtle sheer tulle.  She paired her ivory gown with nude shoes, bombshell waves, silver statement earrings and a stunning warm bronze makeup look. Finn beamed as he first caught a glimpse of the gorgeous Loren heading his way.

The overall theming was lusciously organic and natural with crisp whites and fresh greens. A driftwood arbour had been crafted to frame the two, while Loren carried a gently cascading waterfall bouquet by The Posy Collective.

  • Lauren & Damon’s Modern Romantic Wedding

A classic love story of high-school sweethearts, Lauren & Damon’s romance is truly the stuff of every girls dreams! The couple’s modern romantic wedding held at the breathtaking Tanglewood Estate in Victoria was styling heaven – perfectly reflecting their sweetly blossoming romance.

“Damon & I met in highschool. We were best friends initially & then it blossomed into more after school. We’ve been together ever since, and Damon proposed 10 years to the day after we met under an incredible fig tree in Byron Bay.” Lauren said of their story.
Their big day was everything and more with gorgeous details such as blush pink roses and ribbons pared back with a rustic chapel and classic black bow ties for the groomsmen.
Their stunning ceremony was closely followed by a luxe reception held in a beautiful brick barn superbly styled by Wanderlust Creative. The overall feeling was one of warmth and love as the pair celebrated their nuptials with family and friends.
“Our wedding day was everything we could have possibly wished for, there was so much joy & love all around us on the day, and celebrating with our friends and family was a dream come true.”
The sun shone brightly through the large arched windows of the chapel onto Lauren’s Maddie gown from US designer, Enzoani. This beautiful ballgown features a full skirt, a trickling textural multimodal lace bodcie – chantilly layered with lace appliqués, and luxe diamanté straps. Our beaming bride opted for statement diamanté earrings and a two-tier raw-edge veil to complete her wedding day look. Lauren knew instantly that the Maddie gown was her dream dress:
“I really knew Maddie was ‘the one’ as soon as I stepped out behind the curtain and saw everyone’s faces. I never thought I would have that feeling (I’m very fussy), but my Mum & sister both teared up and soon enough we were all in tears! Jodi from White Lily really made the whole experience so special with her expertise and guidance on the day. I love that Maddie was a real ‘bridal’ gown- something I would only ever wear on my wedding day, and really made me feel like a princess.”

  • Karla & Jason’s Festival Wedding

By far one of the most exciting and unique weddings we saw in 2018, Karla & Jason’s festival wedding was a true party. The celebration saw friends and family come together over a few days to celebrate the happy couple’s nuptials first with a ceremony, and then with an amazing festival-style reception.

Jason and Karla first met at work, where their relationship blossomed over the year. They shared their first kiss at the business’ EOFY ball. Jason ended up proposing at a restaurant in IBIZA in 2016 with a very special ring he had gotten made especially for Karla in Dubai!

After deciding that they wanted their wedding to be slightly different from the usual style, the pair began bringing their magnificent idea to life. Karla used Pinterest for inspiration and bringing elements together to DIY the whole reception! The event was complete with a bouncing castle, variety of artists performing, grazing table, food trucks, popcorn cart and slushie machines! Incredible, right?

Our beautiful Bride-to-be, Karla wore a custom Penelope by Noosa designer, Erin Clare. This gown features a softly skimming tulle skirt and beautifully detailed bodice embellished with butterflies – the perfect match for Karla’s festival vibes. Karla loved it just as much saying:

“The thing I loved most was the customisation. Erin was able to make my dress perfect by changing the front to V neck and add additional butterflies to the back straps, making my dress extra special and one of the kind. The detailed butterflies were a gorgeous feature and the low back looked amazing!”

We loved Karla’s braided updo for the ceremony, which she changed to a gorgeous intricate braid for her weekend reception. She also changed up her look between days by switching from jewels to a raw flower crown. We are in love with Karla’s style!

The couple are hitting their honeymoon next month where they will spend nine weeks in South America. The plan to take part in Rio Carnivale alongside a Samba Float!
